The Shulman Legal Family
Shulman Legal, PLLC was founded in 2007 by Allison K. Shulman and her father, Warren S. Shulman. With over 40 years of combined legal experience, Allison and Warren share a love of the law. Yet they also shared a vision for a new way to practice law which would incorporate innovations in technology and personal development in order to save their client's time, money, and the personal distress usually associated with retaining an attorney. This dedication to serving clients' interests first has resulted in an ability to balance and enrich their own lives, and thereby enable them to be more present, more available and more attentive to their clients' needs.

Allison is the Managing Attorney of the firm. She graduated with High Honors from the University of Georgia in 1994 with a degree in psychology. After a year there, Ali went on to law school at the University of Arizona, graduating in the top 25% of her class. She became a member of the Arizona bar in 1999.

Allison's legal career began at a prestigious law firm in Phoenix where she represented both businesses and individuals in civil litigation matters for over six years. In 2006, she made a move to Lodmell & Lodmell, where she practiced asset protection law on behalf of high net worth individuals throughout the country. Throughout her career, she has developed advanced skills in contract law, from the negotiation and drafting of simple agreements, to the litigation and resolution of complex disputes. Ali is also a trained mediator and volunteers as a Small Claims Hearing Officer in Tucson, Arizona, where she now resides.
